Hello and welcome to our ITM Trading tutorial.


We are delighted to guide you through the process of setting up your online account with ITM Trading where you can make purchases, view your portfolio, access exclusive content and much more.


To begin, make sure you're on our website homepage at www.itmtrading.com.


Once you're on our homepage, you will begin your account set up.


If you're on your mobile device, you'll find the open account or login button under the three bars at the top right corner of your screen.


If you're on your desktop, you'll find a person icon at the top right corner of your screen that says open account or login that you will click to open your account.


You'll be redirected to our registration page where you will fill out all necessary information.


Please fill out your first name, your last name, your e-mail address, and confirm your e-mail.


Please make sure that the e-mail you enter is active and in use.


All order confirmations and many other important items will be sent to this e-mail.


Once you've filled out all required fields, you'll scroll to the bottom and click I am Not a robot.


Please make sure you accept our Privacy policy as well as our cookies, and then you will click Register.


Once your account is successfully created, you will be redirected to our next steps page. From here, if you are interested in purchasing pre-1933 coins you will need to schedule an appointment with one of our consultants and you can do so by clicking this link to schedule a call. If you would like to purchase bullion and know the product or products you are looking for you can click the link here to begin browsing our inventory. If you have further questions about a bullion purchase, or if you are looking for education and guidance on what to purchase, you can also book an appointment to get in touch with one of our consultants.

If you're on your desktop, you'll find a person icon at the top right corner of your screen that says open account or login. You will click the icon and then click login.


You will then be redirected to our login screen, where you'll enter the e-mail address associated with your account and your password.


If you would like your computer or your phone to remember your username, click Remember Me and don't forget to click I am not a robot and then click Login.


You will then be redirected to your My Account Welcome page, which indicates you have successfully logged into your account.

Resetting Your Password (Double Click Video to View in Full Screen)


Hello, welcome to our ITM Trading tutorial.


We're delighted to guide you through the process of resetting your password to your ITM Trading online account.


To begin, make sure you're on our website homepage at www.itmtrading.com.


If you're on your mobile device, you'll find the open account or login button under the three bars at the top right corner of your screen.


If you're on your desktop, you'll find a person icon at the top right corner of your screen that says open account or login. You will click the icon and then click login.


Once you've reached the login screen, you will then click Forgot Password located under the email and password account login boxes.


You'll be redirected to a screen where you will enter in your e-mail address associated with your account and then click I Am Not a robot and then click Recover.


You should receive an e-mail with a link to reset your account password.


If you don't see an e-mail within a minute or two, please check your span or junk folder.


Once your password has been reset, proceed back to the login screen to enter in your e-mail and your new password.

If you don't see what you're looking for, have questions on what to purchase or need more information, you can call us and we will connect you with one of our gold & silver analysts or you can click schedule a strategy call to choose a convenient day and time for you and one of our expert analysts will reach out to you at your scheduled appointment time.

If you have not yet created an account with ITM Trading, please visit our client account setup tutorial. To login, enter your e-mail associated with your account and your password.

Once you've logged in, you'll be redirected to your My Account Welcome page.

To begin shopping, you'll click on the Gold and Silver tab at the top of your screen. You'll then see our inventory for gold and silver where you can choose to explore the specific category that you're looking for.


Since most bullion items are available for purchase online, I will walk you through how to make a gold bullion purchase by clicking Buy Gold Bullion.


On this page, you can select the type of coin that you'd like to search through.


For this tutorial, I will explore our American Gold Eagle coins.


On this page, to the left of your screen, you'll be able to filter through certain product specifications.


Otherwise, you can just scroll through all our available products.


Once you find the coin you're looking for, you can click on the item to view the product details.


And on this page, you'll find two features- below the coin, you'll find our Price Alert feature, where you can enter in a price threshold and receive notifications if the price drops.


To the right of the coin, you'll find our Budget feature where you can enter your budget, and our system will calculate how many coins you can purchase with that set amount.


Once you've added your items to your cart, you can click Continue Shopping, or you can click Go to Cart to check out.


From here, you'll choose the method of payment based on your purchase total or your preference.


Please make sure you read through each payment method instruction to ensure clarity and after you've selected the method of payment and entered all necessary information, you will then click Check Out.


Please note that regardless of payment method, you will be asked to enter in a credit or debit card number.


This will lock in the price of your coins with a $35 hold, which will be refunded to you once your full payment is received.


From here, you will enter in your billing and shipping details and proceed through the checkout process.


Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your purchase details.


Please make sure you read through the e-mail in its entirety for additional information and any further instructions.

Fourth from the top you will find the Available Funds Tab and you will click that.


On this page, you'll see the dollar amount, if any, available for you to use towards a purchase.
