How do I place an order with ITM Trading?
There are two easy ways to place an order with us: over the phone with a Consultant, or online. Product availability may vary, and not all pricing is available online. If you don't see what you're looking for, give us a call!
Are there fees in addition to the listed price of each coin and shipping fees?
Our pricing is “all-inclusive”, meaning what you see online is what you pay. With certain products, price fluctuation is common, so prices could change from minute to minute. To get the locked-in rate, add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
The only exception is if you pay with a credit card. There is a 3% fee on each product purchased, plus a $4.95 restricted delivery fee. These fees will be included in the price you see upon checkout.

Is there a sales tax charge?
Sales tax may be charged depending on your state and the products you are purchasing. For more specific information, contact your consultant for a full list of states that charge sales tax on precious metals.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive a “Confirmation Email” from services@itmtrading.com. This email will have your order number, payment instructions (if you haven't already paid), and a description of the products you ordered.
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't have it within 10 minutes, call our office at 888-696-4653 to make sure the order was processed correctly.
Is my transaction reported to anyone?
No, we do not report purchases to anyone, regardless of type. Purchases are between the customer and us. A 1099 may be required on certain bullion transactions, but never on collectibles.
Why is there a pending transaction on my card after placing an order?
If you placed an order online and chose to pay by ACH, Check, or Bank Wire, we authorize the Credit Card you entered upon checkout for a $35 hold. This hold locks in the products you ordered, the price, and ensures payment is received within the specified time frame. Once payment is received in full; the $35 hold will be released. If payment is not received or you cancel your order, the $35 hold will be captured as a cancellation fee. Market loss fees may also apply.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Our minimum purchase is $1,000.00, except in California where it is $2,000.00 and in New York where it is $5,000.
Can I modify my order after it is placed?
If you placed an order online, you cannot modify it yourself. If you need to modify an order, contact your consultant, or call our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify orders within a given time frame, but some orders may not be eligible for modification.
What happens if I decide to cancel an order after it is placed?
For numismatic coins, you can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours. For bullion purchases, there will be a $35 cancellation fee and potential market loss on the coins purchased. Contact your consultant or our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
What if I want to return my coins?
All sales are final. However, ITM offers the following customer satisfaction policy on numismatic coins:

Does ITM appraise coins?
At this time, ITM Trading does not offer any coin appraising or grading services. If you need to have your coins appraised, we suggest searching for a trustworthy and highly rated coin dealer in your area. For coin grading, we recommend looking into PCGS or NGC.
Does ITM offer storage options?
ITM does not offer storage or vault options, but we work with multiple companies that do. If you are located in Arizona, we recommend The Vault in Tempe. For storage options elsewhere, please contact your consultant directly.
How and where should I store my coins and precious metals?
This is an excellent question that we can answer strategically in private consultation. The answers to this question can vary greatly depending on your individual situation.

How do I refer someone to ITM Trading?
If you'd like to refer someone to us, please contact your consultant directly. Provide them with your referrals' information. Your consultant will then reach out to them to set up an account. All client information is confidential.
Can I walk into your office and make a purchase?
Our office is located in Phoenix, Arizona, but it is not a store where you can walk in and buy products. All purchases must be made online or over the phone, and the items will be shipped directly to your home.
If you would like to meet with a consultant in person, please call us. We can then connect you with a consultant who can help you book an appointment.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just call in?
You do not need to schedule an appointment to speak with one of our consultants. We have consultants available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (MST) for you to speak to. If you would rather call in at your leisure, that is perfectly acceptable. Our office number is 888-696-4653 and one of our front desk staff will connect you with a consultant right away.
How do I cancel or reschedule my Strategy Call?
If you have booked a Strategy Call with us online and need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so with the link provided on your Strategy Call confirmation email, or you can call 888-696-4653 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

What is ITM Trading’s shipping timeline and process?
All ITM bullion orders are shipped via FedEx, all other products usually ship via UPS or USPS. All shipments are insured and will require a signature upon delivery. In some cases, a specific carrier can be requested but may incur additional fees from $25 & up. Due to the nature of the products being shipped, packages can take anywhere from 3-10 postal days to be delivered. Once an item is shipped a package tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.
Additional fees will be charged for all bullion orders and some pre-1933 orders shipped to a PO Box and to Hawaii or Alaska.
All of our packages are fully insured and therefore are covered in the event of loss during transport. However, if you leave instructions for a carrier to leave the package somewhere unattended, or to leave it with anyone other than you, or without signature you do so at your own risk, ITM will not be held responsible for any loss due to non-delivery of your items.
If the items are damaged during transit, or we determine a package is lost, it is our responsibility to file a claim. Once a claim is filed, investigated, and resolved we reserve the right to re-ship the items or issue a refund. Any discrepancies need to be reported to ITM within 5 business days of receiving the package. Any delay will mitigate your potential claim.
How do I find and use my order tracking number(s)?
Once your order or orders are shipped, you will receive an email or multiple emails with your tracking information. Please save these emails until your order has been successfully delivered.
We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx so the tracking number you receive could be linked to any one of these companies. Once you receive your shipping email and tracking information, we highly encourage you, if you are able, to sign up for tracking updates via email or text. This will be the easiest way for you to keep track of up-to-date shipping and delivery information. Please note that when you receive your tracking number, it could take 24-48 hours for tracking information to be available on the carriers’ website. If it has been longer than 48 hours since you have received your tracking number and there is still no information available, please give our office a call to ensure accuracy at 888-696-4653.
What does it mean if my item or coin has an unknown delivery date?
Due to high demand, some products may be backordered. This means that the product will be available, but it may not be for an extended period of time. If a product has a specified date next to the Product Description, that is the estimated date that the product should arrive back in stock. Again, this is an estimated date and due to supply and demand, the date could be earlier or later than the specified date.
If you have further questions regarding availability, please contact your consultant. If a product has (Unknown) listed next to the product name, that means that although you are able to order. The product and we can guarantee you will receive the product if ordered, we cannot guarantee a shipment date. Shipments are typically fulfilled within 4-8 weeks, but actual shipment dates will vary based upon.
Every two weeks, ITM Trading will email you with an update on the status of any product on backorder or with an unknown delivery date.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Once you have placed your order and payment has been successfully received by ITM Trading, it will take approximately 3-5 business days for your order to ship. If you have ordered products that have a backorder date, then your complete order will ship when the backordered products are available.
Please note that for orders paid by check, once the check is received by ITM Trading, it will take 7 days for the check to clear before your order is released for shipping. Once the check is cleared and the order is released for shipping is when the shipping timeline starts. Depending on the size of your order and the products ordered, this timeline could be longer or shorter.
If it has been longer than 5 business days since your payment was received by ITM Trading and you have not received tracking information, please call our office at 888-696-4653. Please note that orders are typically not shipped on Fridays due to weekend delivery restrictions. If orders are processed or “shipped” on Friday, there may not be any movement in the order or packages until the following Monday.
Why haven’t I received my order yet?
We do our best to be extremely diligent in keeping our clients updated through the whole order process. You will receive email confirmations through the entirety of your order detailing the timeline of your order shipment. If you have successfully paid for your order and have not received shipping confirmation or a tracking number(s) for your order and it has been longer than 5 business days since your payment was received, please call our office, or call your personal consultant directly for more information.
If you have received a shipping email and have tracking information for your package, please refer to the Carrier’s website and tracking number for the most up to date status on your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS update tracking information daily, if not multiple times a day. If you missed delivery attempts, see incorrect or concerning information or have immediate questions regarding your tracking updates, please give our office a call.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
There are a few reasons why you could have only received part of your order. Depending on the products that you ordered or the volume of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. If you have purchased products that have a backorder date, it is also possible that part of your shipment that was available was shipped and the backordered portion will ship separately when available.
You will always receive an email with a tracking number when your package has shipped. (If your order has multiple shipments, you will receive multiple tracking numbers). Please refer to your shipment email to compare the products you ordered against the products that were listed for shipment. If you have coins listed on your shipment email that were not in your package, please contact your consultant directly.
When is my order shipping / What is my order’s status?
If your order has been placed and your payment has been successfully received by ITM Trading, you can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days from the time your payment was received (with the exception of orders paid by check/cashier’s check/money order) and if no products purchased had a pre-determined backorder date.
You will receive an email for every step of the order process; from when your order was placed, to when your payment was received and when your order will ship. Please refer to your order emails for the most up to date status on your order. If you believe there are significant delays in your order status, please call our office at 888-696-4653.
Shipping Requests – Requesting specific carriers or delivery dates and times.
If you are looking to place an order with us and have specific shipping or delivery requests, please call your personal consultant directly to place an order to make sure your requests are properly documented and applied. Although we do our best to accommodate all requests, some shipping restrictions may apply.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the United States and do have recommendations for Vaults outside the United States that precious metals can be stored. But if you live in the U.S. and would like to purchase from us, please call our office at 888-696-4653 to speak with a consultant for more information on how to purchase.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you have found an error in your shipping address, or simply wish to change the address in which you are shipping your order to, please call your consultant or our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but please note that Address Change Fees may occur.

How do I create my ITM client account online?
At the top right of your screen on our website, you'll find a person icon. If you're a new visitor and haven't set up an online account yet, click the icon and select Register. Be sure to fill in a valid email address you have access to, and a secure password you can remember.
How do I login to my ITM client account online?
Once you have registered with ITM Trading, logging in to your account is easy. Click the "person" icon at the top right of your screen. Instead of "register", click "log-in". Enter your email and password, then click the "I am not a robot" captcha box before clicking "login".
How do I reset my ITM client account password? / Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, proceed to the “login” page as normal and click on forgot password. It will prompt you to enter the email you used to create your account. Enter your email and be sure to click the “I am not a robot- captcha” box before clicking recover. Once you have submitted your password recovery request, you will receive an email to the email address provided to reset your password. Once that is complete, you will be able to immediately log in to your account with your email and updated password.

What happens if I want to change my payment method after my order has already been placed?
Please call our office as soon as possible if you need to switch payment methods. In most cases this should not be an issue but please note that if you have selected to pay for your order with any other method besides a Credit/Debit card and you would like to switch to a Credit/Debit card payment, additional Credit/Debit card fees will apply.
How do I know that my payment has been received?
Once ITM has received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your payment has been received or your order has been paid. If you believe your payment has been received by ITM but you have yet to receive a payment confirmation email, please call our office as soon as possible.

How to Pay with a Credit/Debit Card
ITM will accept payments with a Credit or Debit card up to $5,000.00. To do our best to prevent fraudulent purchases and for the safety of our clients and our company, unfortunately we are unable to process orders larger than that with a credit card. If you’d like to place a larger purchase, please consider a Check or Bank wire payment instead. When making a credit card purchase, please note that there will be an added fee of 3% per item and a $4.95 restricted delivery fee which will be inclusive in the final price when checking out.
To check out with a credit/debit card purchase, please enter in your card details as instructed in checkout. If this is your first time placing a credit card order with ITM Trading, you MUST complete the following steps for your order to be processed.
For the safety and security of our clients, ITM Trading requires a two-step verification for all first-time credit card purchases. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating this information as well. To verify your identity (to make sure it is you placing the order and not someone who has stolen your credit card) we will need a copy of the Credit Card used and copy of a Valid/Non-Expired ID/Drivers licensed emailed to services@itmtrading.com. Our verification team will cross-check to make sure all information is valid and correct. In addition, we will need the client to call into our office at 888-696-4653 to complete a quick phone verification as well.
* Please note that we require verification to be completed within 2 business days, otherwise your order may be cancelled and subject to cancellation & market loss fees. Once these two steps are complete, the order will be paid, processed successfully and pushed forward for shipping.
*Please note that all charges for credit/debit card purchases will appear on your account in full before the verification process is complete. The charge will not process or post on your account until the verification process has been complete and your order has been pushed forward within our system.
How to pay via ACH (automated clearing house)
What is ACH? An ACH is an electronic fund transfer made between banks and credit unions across what is called the Automated Clearing House network. ITM will only accept payments via ACH up to $5,000. To do our best to prevent fraudulent purchases and for the safety of our clients and our company, we unfortunately cannot process orders larger than $5,000 via ACH payments. If you’d like to place a larger purchase, please consider a Check or Bank wire payment instead.
To check out using ACH as payment, you will need to enter in a credit/debit card to “lock” in your purchase. We require a two-step verification for all first time ACH orders and entering in your credit card information will secure your order & will lock in the pricing of your coins. This $35 hold will be released from your account as soon as payment (via ACH) is received. This is an important step to ensure you are getting the products you ordered at the price you ordered them. Due to the nature of the rapidly changing market prices and product availability, a $35 hold is necessary to ensure that your order is locked in and reserved for you!
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating this information as well. To verify your identity (to make sure it is you placing the order and not someone who has stolen your information). You will need to Click and Download our ACH Form here: ITM ACH Form, fill out our, sign it, take a picture or scan of your signed form, then attach it in an email and email it back to services@itmtrading.com. Our verification team will cross-check your form to make sure all information is valid and correct. In addition, we will need the you to call our office at 888-696-4653 to complete a quick phone verification for the final step in the verification process.
* Please note that we require verification to be completed within 2 business days, otherwise your order may be cancelled and subject to cancellation & market loss fees. Once your ACH form has been received and verified and we have successfully verified you over the phone, your payment will be processed.
* Please note that ACH Payments takes approximately 3 business days to process. Once your payment has been processed and cleared, your order will then be pushed forward for shipping. .
How to pay via Bank Wire
If you have selected to pay for your order via Bank wire, you will need to enter in a credit/debit card upon check out to lock in your order/pricing until payment is received in full. This is an important step to ensure you are getting the products you ordered at the price you ordered them. Due to the nature of the market, pricing, and availability changes rapidly. This hold ensures that your order is locked in and reserved for you!
There is no limit on bank wire payments but orders larger than $50,000.00 MUST be processed by a consultant over the phone. If this is the case, please call our office at 888-696-4653 and we would be happy to have a consultant assist you with your purchase! Once your order has been placed, you will see the $35 “hold/lock” on the provided debit or credit card. Once we have received your bank wire payment in full, that $35.00 hold will be released from your account.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with our Bank Wiring details. For your safety, you will need to call our office to obtain the last four digits of our bank account. This is an added extra step to prevent any potential scams/fraud. When your bank wire has been received, your order will be successfully processed and pushed forward into shipping.
How to pay via Check/Cashier’s Check/ Money Order
If you have selected to pay for your order via Check/Cashier’s Check/ Money Order you will need to enter in a credit/debit card upon, check out to lock in your order/pricing until payment is received in full. This is an important step to ensure you are getting the products you ordered at the price you ordered them. Due to the nature of the market, pricing and availability changes rapidly. This hold ensures that your order is locked in and reserved for you!
ITM will accept payments via Check / Cashier’s Check Up to $25,000 and Money Orders Up to $5,000. To do our best to prevent fraudulent purchases and for the safety of our clients and our company, unfortunately we are unable to accept payments larger than that without a bank wire. If you’d like to place a larger purchase, please consider Bank Wire instead.
*For payments using Money Orders, please note that ITM will only accept Postal Money Orders.
Once your order has been placed, you will see the $35 “hold/lock” on the provided debit or credit card. Once we have received your Check/Cashier’s Check/Money Order and it has successfully cleared that $35.00 hold will be released from your account.
**All Checks/Cashier’s Checks/Money Orders will be held for a minimum for 7 days before clearing. We are unable to verify funds and therefore must hold all Checks/Cashier’s Checks/Money Orders for 7 days. Once your Checks/Cashier’s Checks/Money Order has cleared, your order will be pushed forward for shipping.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming details on where to send your payment. All Check/Cashier’s Checks/ Money orders can be mailed directly to our office:

How to pay via Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin
If you have selected to pay for your order via Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin, you will need to make payments to ITM's BitPay wallet and there will be an additional Fee of 1%. This is an important step to ensure you are getting the products you ordered at the price you ordered them. Due to the nature of the market, pricing, and availability changes rapidly. There is a $10,000 order minimum for orders via Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin.

When I am ready to liquidate some or all of my coins, what is ITM’s liquidation process?
If the time has come where you need to liquidate some or all of your portfolio with us, then the process will be as follows:

Liquidation Finalization Procedure
Once your package has been received, checked in and current bid acquired, (please allow 2-3 business days) and your consultant will call you to set the liquidation. This is done much the same way as a purchase, on a recorded conference call with our trading desk. ITM will normally process your liquidation funds within 2 business days after liquidation has been set. Please speak with your consultant about the payment options available.
Coin Repurchase Policy
ITM currently has a policy that we will repurchase coins from customers who bought their coins from us. If you wish to sell your coins to ITM, we will quote you the current bid price for those coins. If you decide to sell your coins to ITM, we generally will purchase your coins at our current bid price on the day in which we receive your coins at our corporate office or distribution center.
Because coin prices reflect supply and demand, much like stocks and bonds, bid prices can change every day or in some instances from minute to minute. As a result, the actual price at which we purchase your coins may be higher or lower than the indication bid price that we quoted before you shipped your coins to us. Until your liquidation is set in trading, you are under no obligation to sell your coins to us. Should you change your mind prior to liquidation, ITM will send your coins back to you at your cost.
